About me
I serve as the Assistant Director of Elementary Teaching and Learning in Bethel School District, where I design professional learning opportunities aligned with our district’s Strategic Plan. My work focuses on supporting teacher development, enhancing student achievement, and fostering inclusive learning environments.
In addition to my role in the district, I am a member of the Executive Team at Neural Education and serve as a lead presenter, bringing cognitive neuroscience research to practical applications in classrooms. As a BeGLAD-certified educator with a passion for removing linguistic barriers, I contribute to Dual Language Program development and the implementation of GLAD strategies, educational neuroscience, promoting equity, and modeling effective instructional practices.
